Quote Cut Ship accepts DXF files for instant online quoting.

Our quote tool responds best to DXF files that include the full detailed drawing. For parts with bends, we require a bending document with your detailed requirements. Please ensure that your exported DXF file meets the following criteria before uploading it to our quoting software:

  • Your file should be in DXF format.
  • Files should be built to scale.
  • Don’t nest parts – files should contain only one part each.
  • All objects should be within the same layer.
  • Stray points, duplicate lines, empty objects, open entities, text areas, and unnecessary information should be removed.
  • Text should be converted into outlines or paths with bridges.
  • All shapes should be united, combined or merged.
  • Avoid intersecting or common lines. 
  • Part files should not have open contours.

Our advanced quoting tool calculates pricing based on several factors including the amount of material used, material thickness, quantity of parts, shape, the number of holes, and any optional secondary processing. Provided the information you upload is accurate, the price quoted by our instant quote tool is the final price that you pay for your order not including taxes and fees.

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for businesses of all sizes! Please contact us to discuss discounts on large quantities and frequent orders.

We’re confident in the quality of our products, but we understand that there are some circumstances that may require our support. If there is a problem with the quality of your order, our support team will work with you to determine the best solution.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your order it won’t be covered under our policy. Please contact us for assistance. 

Yes! You can pickup your finished order at our facility in Apache Junction, Arizona. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange pickup.

All orders are shipped free of additional charge with expedited, priority shipping.

We consider all of our orders to be priority orders, which means we’ll always process your order as fast as possible. Orders are processed Monday-Friday based on the time the order was received. If your order includes secondary processing options please allow additional time for your order to be processed.
